Jerusalem String Quartet to perform at Rice
The Jerusalem Quartet will be performing in the Houston Friends of Chamber Music’s 51st season on Tuesday, Oct. 11.
For this program, the group will be performing Mozart’s "No. 15 in D minor," K.421, Shostakovich’s "No. 11 in F minor" and Brahms’s "String Quartet in A minor."
Members of the ensemble include Alexander Pavlovsky and Sergei Bresler on violins, Ori Kam on viola and Kyril Zlotnikov on cello.
The concert will be held at 8 p.m. in the in Stude Concert Hall, at the Shepherd School of Music on the Rice University campus, located at 6100 Main.
