Weekly sales roundup for Greenway/Upper Kirby, week ending Oct. 14

There were four sales in Greenway/Upper Kirby for the week ending Sunday, Oct. 14, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 3330 Las Palmas St., Unit 3. Kirby Davis Residential LLC sold the home to Melissa A. Moriarty and Timothy J. Moriarty on Oct. 14. The 1,449-square-foot, two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath home was built in 1989 and is located in the Drexel Place Las Palmas subdivision.
