City of West University Place launched online citizen request system
The City of West University Place has launched its new online citizen request system.
Residents can now enter a service request through the city’s website www.westutx.gov/clickwestu or through a mobile application.
According to a city press release, "after entering a request online or via mobile app, the requestor will receive a message indicating the expected turnaround time of the service request. A tracking number will also be provided to easily check the status of the request online or by calling in."
