Stellar student aims to be big-screen star
Giselle Johnson, a senior at Westbury Christian School, says she is passionate about “God, my family and friends, filmmaking, acting, and children with cancer.” She recently won a $10,000 scholarship and a MacBook Air from retailer Nordstrom. Chosen as one of three from a pool of 3,000 applicants, the criteria for winning included extracurricular activities, GPA, community service and a personal statement.
