Houston Independent School District elementary schools' lunch menu for the week of Dec. 17 is as follows:

Monday, Dec. 17: Chicken nuggets, steak fingers, steam carrots, collard greens and mixed fruit

Tuesday, Dec. 18: Chicken sandwich, hamburger, green beans, baked fries and orange wedges

Wednesday, Dec. 19: Beef nachos, cheese enchiladas, baby carrots, refried beans and sliced peaches

Thursday, Dec. 20: Cheese pizza, pasta with meat sauce, cucumber slices, peas and home style applesauce

Friday, Dec. 21: Catfish with roll, turkey and cheese slider, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots and fresh pear
