Weekly home sales roundup for Westbury, week ending Nov. 11

There were six home sales in Westbury for the week ending Sunday, Nov. 11, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 5131 Torchlight Drive. Amy D. Finger and Rodney S. Finger sold the home to Cocheiska C. Pearce and Peter D. Pearce on Thursday, Nov. 8. The 1,549-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1958 and is located in the Westbury subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 11631 Landsdowne Drive to Amy Marie Mayhew and the sale of 5023 Kingfisher Drive to Brian Ernest Ogren and Sharon Ogren.
