Barnes blogs about Iraq War
Joe Barnes, the Bonner Means Baker Fellow at Rice University's Baker Institute for Public Policy, has begun blogging on the Iraq War in a series titled "Lessons of the Iraq War."
According to a press release from the university, Barnes will blog on the topic through March 2013. Barnes was a diplomat for the U.S. Department of State in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia from 1979 to 1993.

Rice University, one of America's top-rated teaching and research universities, is located in west Houston. A private college, it enrolls 3,279 undergraduates and 2,277 graduate students.
