She also enjoys reading about science and doing various science experiments. Cheng's other passion is dancing; she's performed in the Houston Ballet's production of "The Nutcracker" and hopes either to continue dancing or become an artist when she gets older. When asked what three things she absolutely couldn't live without, Cheng replied, "My family, my friends and my teachers at West University Elementary."
