Weekly sales roundup for West University Place, week ending Dec. 9

There were eight sales in West University Place for the week ending Dec. 9, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 4223 Dartmouth St. Barbara Jane Suttle Bassett and Roland Bassett sold the home to Thelma Maryloyce Suttle Gilbreath on Friday, Dec. 7. The 870-square-foot, two-bedroom, one-bath home was built in 1945 and is located in the College Court Place subdivision.
