Weekly sales roundup for Meyerland, week ending Dec. 16

There were seven sales in Meyerland for the week ending Dec. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 5426 Dumfries Drive. Lucas Brown and L & B Limited LLC sold the home to Jennifer Costner and Mitchell Costner on Tuesday, Dec. 11. The 2,186-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1959 and is located in the Marilyn Estates subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 5642 Dumfries Drive to David Meckley and Ilanit Meckley and the sale of 5247 Braesvalley Drive to Ahmad M. Islam and Debra Islam.
