Sales roundup for Meyerland, week ending Jan. 20

There were six sales in Meyerland for the week ending Sunday, Jan. 20, according to BlockShopper.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 8611 Manhattan Drive. Lindsey Parker Bozeman sold the home to Isaac Siperstein and Valentina Siperstein on Friday, Jan. 18.

Built in 1955, the 2,244-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home is located in the Meyerland subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 6210 Lymbar Drive by Edythe F. Price and Thomas M. Price (estate) to Edythe F. Price and the sale of 4966 Dumfries Drive by Daniel Avery Busch, Rose K. Busch (estate) and Barbara T. Friedman to Shemer Group Inc.
